1858-S Seated Liberty Quarter, PCGS Very Fine Details, Scarce, Low Mintage Date

1858-S Seated Liberty Quarter, Very Fine, certified PCGS Details. They noted a defect of "Scratched", however it should more correctly said "Cleaned".  A low mintage date, with an even lower estimated survivorship, perhaps less than 200 examples by one estimate, in all grades. This is a solid VF+, the Reverse a bit stronger than the Obverse and close to what would normally certify VF-30 if problem free enough to make it into a clean holder. The cleaning is very old and the color is not to far out of whack today, although surface disturbance is visible.  A couple of images taken of the coin prior to certification are also included, as they may give a better look at the surfaces and color.  While a Make an Offer option has not been added, you are free to message me with an alternative suggestion.  I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items – for best service please use the ebay Shopping Cart feature and ASK FOR A COMBINED INVOICE before payment, or contact me for a quote.
