This 2002 911 Turbo is a great example of the revolutionary shift in Porsches thinking. The 996 Turbo was a clean sheet design with a liquid cooled flat six, AWD and a plethora of electronic aids and enhancements, plus an all-new body. Quality went up, performance went ballistic - with a 4.2sec 0-60-time, 11 sec mile times and a top speed of 189mph! The 996 Turbo was a super car killer while being unbelievably competent on the back roads and a missile on the autobahn. This 2002 Porsche is a two-owner car with the current owner enjoying the car for over 8 years. It was well maintained and even had recent maintenance consisting of; new MAF sensor, fuel pump, spark plugs, air filter and oil change. The car runs drives and presents as near new. The 3.6l, 415hp flat six transmits power to the rear wheels, or all four when needed; through a 5 speed Triptonic automatic transmission. The only thing that's succumbed to age is the radio. It stopped working and hasn't been replaced. Everything else is in operating order including Ice-Cold AC. 996 Turbos are AMAZING cars, and the prices are shooting up by the minute. [ omitted ]. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express are not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids
include a documentary fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenience fee.
