When I got the car from my friend I sent it through Vinnie's Exotics (VEX) who has maintained it for about 7 years.  The IMS was done by VEX under my friends ownership.   I did everything listed on the post purchase inspection.  The biggest was getting the transmission rebuilt by CMS in AZ bc of the 2nd gear grinding on downshifts, which I've learned is a common issue on these cars.
