Emerson tombstone radio, used, original, working,and clean cabinet, circa 1937.

Description

Emerson tombstone radio, has new power supply, playing strong and loud on existing antenna, but may have had an outside antenna.
This radio is mostly original(power supply parts replaced) to make the original parts a "player". This is NOT a blue tooth "wanabe".
Cabinet is clean and in very good condition for it's age with only minor blemishes. It appears to have the original wood finish, just cleaned but not polished. The Emerson trade emblem was missing when I aquired the radio.
Broadcast band works smooth. Three control knobs up front, ON/OFF, tone control, station selector.One police band control at the rear, which is very staticy and may not work properly. Sold "AS IS", no returns.
Others out there for sale at higher prices may not be in playing condition, but this one is.
This one is a "player". Just unpack and turn it "on". But consider its age.
Circa 1937 years old in great condition for it's age. Antique ???.
