No Return on customized or personalized items unless we make a mistake.

The unused item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in.  All parts must be included and the item needs to be packed safely and returned insured.  Original Shipping costs are not refunded. If your item had free shipping, the cost of actual shipping to you will be deducted from the refund.
