I am part of Ebay's International Shipping Program! However, any import charges such as taxes and duties etc. are the buyer’s responsibility.
I ship fast, and no later than 2 business day’s after payment is received. I assure you that I always aim to ship out the same day if possible! Shipping exceptions are on holidays and on Sundays when USPS is closed.
RETURN POLICY:

I do not accept returns unless I have made a substantial mistake on my listing, or if I sent the wrong item, in which case you must contact me within 7 days after item has been delivered (based on USPS tracking). If the return is approved, you must return the item in the original condition.
