Vintage OWL ICE BUCKET Pewtertone Metal MADE IN HONG KONG Insert Removable

We know that this is a
vintage mid-century
ice bucket,  but the age really doesn't show.  Everything is still in beautiful condition:  The surface has only very minor signs of use and the white plastic insert is
undamaged, super
clean
and ready to be used.   The hinge holding the lid on the back is firm and strong. The
last photo
shows the "most serious" flaw:  A little scratch above his right eye,  not easy to see.
The whole bird is made of a heavy, pewter-tone metal and stands
11 1/2" tall,  9' from wing to wing,
and has a removable (heavy plastic) ice
bucket that is 7" high and 6"
in diameter.
The bottom is marked
MADE IN HONG KONG.
Wouldn't this make a great conversation piece when you have guests over for a party?
